Trocadero Capital Partners is pleased to announce the investment of Trocadero Croissance & Transmission III Fund in Vistalid alongside the management team.
Founded in 2013 by Nicolas Roson and Julien Marsaudon, Vistalid has developed progressively to take a major position on the French market of web marketing agencies. Today, thanks to a network of 8 offices covering a large part of the country, it offers a wide range of services, tailored to meet the growing digitalization needs of SMEs, intensified by the health crisis.
In recent years, founders gradually withdrew from their operational roles in favour of two managers, Romain Poudret and Julien Marchand. These latter’s take over the full management of the company, while investing significantly into the transaction alongside founding partners and Trocadero Capital Partners.
Romain and Julien aim to maintain the strong growth dynamic through development of company’s historical offer, product/service diversification, territorial and international expansion.
