Trocadero Capital Partners is pleased to announce the investment of the Trocadero Growth & Transmission III fund in VAC (Hardouin-Loc), alongside VAC’s management and Ouest-Croissance.

Based in Les Alluets le Roi (78), VAC has specialised for more than 10 years in the rental of stand-alone moving living unit and the supply of associated services, mainly for the construction industry. Its unique premium positioning, based on many differentiating and complementary services, enables the group to convince numerous Key Accounts customers.

This transaction, which took place on the occasion of the retirement of one of the co-founder, allows the historical managers Ludovic Vérité (Chairman and co-founder) and Luc Vérité (CFO) to consolidate their shareholding, while integrating new investors and key managers into the capital structure.

Ludovic and Luc Vérité indicate: « We are very pleased to welcome Trocadero Capital Partners and Ouest Croissance as shareholders. This transaction allows to start a new page in the company’s history. We have been convinced by their ability to understand the history of VAC and to grasp our specificities and our values. As new shareholders, they should allow us to accelerate our development while remaining faithful to what has made VAC’s success: the respect for people, the environment and the quality of services recognised for more than 10 years by major players in the construction industry.

Philippe Bruneau, partner of Trocadero Capital Partners adds: « We were quickly convinced by the project led by Ludovic Vérité and his team. They have built and developed VAC to become a reference player in its market. We are very pleased to be able to assist them in their future growth projects. »

This transaction is the fourth of the FPCI Trocadero Croissance & Transmission III fund.
