Edimark is a reference publisher of medical magazines. The activity is separated into two divisions:
– Edimark Santé (Édimark and Édition et Communications Médicales) edits scientific journals to specialized doctors working at hospitals (Lettre du Cancérologue, Courrier et Transplantation, Correspondances en onco-urologie, Images en Dermatologie) and private doctors (Médecine & Enfance) ;
– Espace Information Dentaire publishes 4 journals for dental-surgeons and other dentists.
The different companies have displayed a steady and regular growth for numerous years and are considered as references. They rely on reckoned assets: qualitative editorials, rigorous research on regulatory aspects, strong value-added content and a 25 years’ experience in the health industry.
After Paluel Marmont Capital’s disposal, Claudie Damour-Terrassons becomes majority shareholder backed by Cabestan Capital fund managed by Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners and ten key managers.
Trocadero Capital Partners invested a €3.0m mezzanine for this operation.
